The program has been released for the 21st Australian Agronomy Conference to be held in Albany, Western Australia.

Starting on October 21, the AAC is the premier meeting bringing together professionals, researchers, and experts in the field of agronomy from around the country.

It serves as a platform for the exchange of knowledge, ideas, and experiences which contribute to the advancement of sustainable agricultural practices. 

The two-day 2024 program features more than 160 presentations from over 130 presenters, who will cover important discussion topics aligning with the conference theme, Adaptive agronomy for a resilient future.

The program will feature the following themes:

  • application, integration and adoption of agronomy research into commercial production systems.
  • emerging systems, native systems and Innovative agronomy.
  • data systems, sensors and technology for improved decision making.
  • managing and modifying soils to improve sustainability and productivity.
  • managing farming systems for sustainability, profitability and resilience.
  • management of abiotic and biotic stresses.
