Over the last few months Nufarm has welcomed a range of faces into their sales team across the country.
In Western Australia Hannah Gaffney has come on board as the business development manager for South West and South Coast.
Ms Gaffney has brought a wealth of knowledge from her time at Elders in roles as a sales representative and more recently the branch manager at Mount Barker. She is a motivated team player and has a passion for agriculture.
Also in Western Australia, Sally Porter has taken on the role of key account and influencer manager.
Ms Porter joins the Nufarm team bringing technical knowledge and commercial acumen from her previous experience as an agronomist, quality and technical specialist and commercial operations manager for Agworld.
She has been enjoying getting to know her new team and customers in the role which was only developed this year.
Over in Victoria, Lucy Paenga is the new business development manager for the Wimmera and South West Victoria.
Ms Paenga has a Bachelor of Agribusiness from the University of New England with experience in agronomy, having worked at McDonald Rural in the Wimmera and previously Cox Rural in the South-East of South Australia, focussing on broadacre cropping and pastures.
She is energetic and driven with a passion for agriculture and has already developed good rapport with her customer base.
Commercial general manager Nufarm Australia Peter O’Keeffe said the infusion of new faces into the sales team across the country was great news for the Nufarm team and their customers.
“We’ve got fresh new faces with fresh new ideas but each of them comes with solid experience, strong agricultural backyards and passion for the industry,” Mr O’Keeffe said.
“I can’t think of a much better combination than that for our customers to do business with. We look forward to the new team members really embedding themselves in their roles.”
