Lauren McNally has joined the team at Agricultural Appointments, bringing with her a wealth of experience in the field of recruitment, people and culture, WHS, and training.

After graduating from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Applied Science, majoring in animal science, Ms McNally went on to build a successful career in senior management roles for leading agricultural enterprises.

Her commitment to the development of people within the industry has driven her to complete a Graduate Diploma in Education, as well as several established leadership programs.

With over 15 years of experience supporting the agricultural industry, she is now serving in a hands-on industry capacity, as a board member of the Australian Lot Feeders Association.

Ms McNally's passion for building high-performance teams through meticulous attention to the recruitment process has led to her current role as a consultant. She offers a unique ability to consistently deliver long-term partnerships between candidates and the industry, delivering exceptional results in organisational recruitment, retention, and development.
