Impact Fertilisers continues to strengthen its commercial leadership team with the appointment of Nigel Hall and Nic Savage.

Mr Hall is now general manager commercial, stepping up from his previous role as southern regional sales manager.

It is a move consistent with the company’s internal talent identification strategy and is expected to boost operations across the Australian east coast and Tasmania.

With almost two decades at Impact Fertilisers, Mr Hall knows the business and the fertiliser industry inside out.

Other roles he has previously held include National Accounts Manager with Impact from 2018, and before that, he was the Area Sales Manager covering the NSW Southeast region from 2005 when he joined the Hi-Fert business.

Today Mr Hall has more than 18 years of service with Impact, building the customer base, leading teams, and being a senior member of the commercial leadership team – all while building his own knowledge base.

Nic Savage is the new key account manager, bringing with him a strong background in agriculture sales, having worked in medium to large businesses, including in recent years with Elders Limited.

His appointment marks another significant step towards enhancing customer relationships and driving growth in the fertiliser sector. This diverse experience positions Nic well to excel in his new role.

Mr Hall says he values Nic’s work ethic and diverse track record: “His background in agriculture sales adds a valuable dimension to our team”.

“We look forward to the positive impact he will undoubtedly make on our customers and business.” As Impact Fertilisers continues to strengthen its team, the company remains poised to provide unparalleled support to its customers.
