Gallagher Australia is on the move, announcing significant changes to its team, with a focus, it says, on further expanding the company’s capability for customer service.

After 15 years at the helm, Malcolm Linn is retiring as Gallagher Australia general manager role at Gallagher Australia and will be succeeded by Rod Johnson.

Mr Johnson is already well-known to Gallagher customers, working as the national key account lead for Gallagher since 2020, and he has a strong background in key account and sales leadership.

His previous role has meant he comes into the position with strong customer relationships and a thorough understanding of Australia’s agriculture landscape.

And Arturo De Lucas has also joined the Gallagher team as national key account lead, already delivering strong outcomes for existing customers, as well as creating new opportunities for the company.

Gallagher says it is committed to providing ongoing top quality customer service and technical support to its national network of rural resellers and end users.

As part of this commitment, the company is growing the Territory team to allow for more frequent in-store contact and support, as well as increasing capacity for event presence and customer satisfaction.

In January, Gallagher also onboarded two territory managers to the Far North Queensland and South-East NSW regions.

By increasing customer service presence in the regions, they are looking to further enable their customers to operate responsibly, productively, and profitably. Adding to this, they are also welcoming two new customer service representatives at the customer service centre in Melbourne.
