Before moving to Australia Mr Geist worked in the ecotourism industry in a small Alaskan town, where he met his wife, who is from Northwest Tasmania. Since moving in August 2020, he has been working as a store manager in rural agricultural retail on the Northwest Coast, a region heavily influenced by dairy farming. 

“My success in this role stems from guiding a team, collaborating with farmers to provide cost-effective end-user solutions and consistently delivering excellent customer service and experiences,” he said.

Joining Datamars in 2024, Ms Ryrie brings with her over 15 years of technical sales experience. Growing up on a generational beef property in the Riverina and now owning a small beef property in West Gippsland, she gained extensive experience in several industries through various technical sales roles.

“I am committed to forming strong relationships with my customers and have a passion for sustainable agriculture and data-driven decision-making,” she said.
